Request Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Trivia Game account and its associated Firebase game data from inside the app or by contacting our support team.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Sign in to Trivia Game.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account and complete the confirmation.

Request Deletion by Email

1. Email kodebloc.apps@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
2. Include the username or email address associated with the account. If you use a Play Games-only account without an email address, include your Trivia Game username and Play gamer alias.
3. Confirm that you want the account and its data permanently deleted.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your Firebase authentication account and linked-provider references.
• Your Trivia Game profile, including username and email when present.
• Points, coins, streaks, quests, rewards, achievements, and saved progress.
• In-game leaderboard records, preferences, and settings stored by Trivia Game.

Google Play Games Data

Deleting your Trivia Game account does not necessarily delete achievements or leaderboard records displayed on your Google-managed Play Games profile. That information is managed by Google and may remain visible after the Firebase account is deleted. You can manage or delete Google-held game data through your Play Games profile or Google Account settings.

Limited Retention

Information required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or security purposes may be retained only for as long as necessary. Transaction records, if applicable, may be retained for up to 90 days.
