This Privacy Policy explains how Trivia Game collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

• Account and profile information: Your username, name, optional age, email address when you use email/password sign-in, Firebase user ID, and identifiers supplied by the authentication provider you choose.
• Play Games information: If you use Google Play Games, the app receives your Play gamer alias, avatar, and player identifier. Play Games sign-in does not provide your email address to Trivia Game.
• Gameplay information: Game progress, points, coins, streaks, quests, answers, achievements, leaderboard scores, rewards, and app preferences.
• Device, advertising, and diagnostic information: Device model, operating system, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and analytics or diagnostic information collected by the services used by the app.

How We Use Information

• To create, authenticate, secure, and manage your account.
• To link the sign-in providers you choose without replacing your saved progress.
• To sync progress and preferences across supported devices.
• To provide quests, achievements, leaderboards, rewards, and other game features.
• To diagnose problems, measure app performance, and improve the game.
• To provide and measure advertising, subject to applicable consent choices.
• To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as needed with service providers, when you choose an integrated service, to protect users and the app, or when required by law.

• Firebase: Used for authentication, account linking, analytics, and storage of account and gameplay data. Learn more in the Firebase privacy information.
• Google Play Games Services: Used for Play Games authentication, gamer identity, achievements, and leaderboard scores. Google may also collect analytics and diagnostics for the Play Games SDK. Your Play Games profile visibility settings control who can see data on your Google-managed gamer profile. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Mobile Ads: Used to provide ads, rewarded ads, consent choices, and ad measurement. See Google's advertising information.
• Facebook: If you choose Facebook sign-in, Facebook supplies authentication information used to sign you in through Firebase. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Firebase account and gameplay data is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account in the app under Profile > Delete account, or follow the steps on our account and data deletion page.

Deleting your Trivia Game account deletes the associated Firebase profile, progress, points, coins, streaks, preferences, and in-game leaderboard records, subject to limited legal, security, or fraud-prevention retention requirements. Achievements and leaderboard records displayed on your Google-managed Play Games profile may remain after your Trivia Game account is deleted. You can manage or delete that Google-held data through your Play Games profile or Google Account settings.

Your Choices and Rights

You can update supported profile information in the app, choose whether to use Play Games or Facebook sign-in, review available advertising privacy choices, and request access to or deletion of your personal information. For assistance, contact kodebloc.apps@gmail.com.
